Crime suspect marketing.

It may be an interesting case of crime suspect marketing. Softlips lip balm is enjoying unexpected product placement in South Korea. Used by Jay Y. Lee, vice chairman of Samsung at a National Assembly hearing. His putting blam on his lip was exposed to multi millions in Korea through live TV broadcasting. Suddenly, it becomes famous after that hearing. Because it has slim form factor, it would be easy to bring it in a suit pocket.
But my recommendation is Blistex. : ) It doesn't looks like a lipstick. It looks like more a medical ointment package. Yes, It is "Masculine".
